BOOKING DETAILS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOBILE HOMES

For Rent

Arrival and departure every day of the week from 17.00-21.00 (arrival day) to 8.00-10.00 (departure day). Minimum stay of 3 nights in the periods 01.05 - 17.07 and from 30.08 and minimum stay of 7 nights in the period 17.07-30.08.2026

Payment

50% on booking by bank transfer, balance at arrival, before occupation. We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation

Only by certified mail, fax or e-mail; following penalties will be applied for cancellation: € 30,00 up to 15 days before arrival; 60% of the advance payment between 14 and 7 days before arrival; 100% of the advance payment within 6-0 days before arrival.

Deposit

€ 150,- should be payed at arrival, to guarantee eventual damages and the final cleaning which is not included.

Services

Electricity, water and gas are included.

Air conditioning

upon request; € 5.00 per day

Other amenities

Access to the beach, swimming pools, children’s playground and car park.

Linen

Bed linen (sheets, pillows-slip) not included, to bring or to hire at € 9,- per person, per week. Towels and table cloths not included and not hireable.

Final cleaning

€ 50,- mandatory, should be payed at arrival. Not included, kitchen, utensil and kitchenware, which have to be left clean.

Animals

Allowed on request: € 6,00 from 01.05 to 22.05 and from 06.09 to 20.09; € 8,00 from 22.05 to 26.06; € 10,00 from 26.06 to 06.09
