DETAILS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING FOR MOBILE HOMES

For Rent

Arrival and departure every day of the week from 17.00-21.00 (arrival day) to 8.00-10.00 (departure day). Minimum stay of 3 nights in the periods 01.05 - 12.07 and from 08.09 and minimum stay of 7 nights in the period 12.07-08.09.2024

Payment

50% on booking by bank transfer, balance at arrival, before occupation. We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.

Cancellation

Only by certified mail, fax or e-mail; following penalties will be applied for cancellation: € 30,00 up to 15 days before arrival; 60% of the advance payment between 14 and 7 days before arrival; 100% of the advance payment within 6-0 days before arrival.

Deposit

€ 150,- should be payed at arrival, to guarantee eventual damages and the final cleaning which is not included.

Services

Electricity, water and gas are included.

Air conditioning

upon request; € 5.00 per day

Other amenities

Access to the beach, swimming pools, children’s playground and car park.

Linen

Bed-linen (sheets, pillows-slip) not included, to bring or to hire at € 9,- per person, per week. Towels and table cloths not included and not hireable.

Final cleaning

€ 50,- obligatory, should be payed at arrival. Not included, kitchen, utensil and kitchenware, which have to be left clean.

Baby's cots

€ 28,- a week, to pay at arrival and requested at the time of booking.

Animals

Allowed on request: €5.00 from 01.05 to 17.05 and from 08.09 to 22.09; €7.00 from 17.05 to 28.06; €10.00 from 28.06 to 08.09
